Reservations:

1. Reservation: You can reserve the package by phone, fax, or mail. You can also reserve online or by visiting our office. Please provide passengers’ fullname as shown on the passports, birthdays and passport numbers. 2. Deposit: $300 per passenger must be paid at time of reservation.

3. Balance: Balance must be paid off 60 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation notice must be written. It can be faxed or mailed.

Cancellation fees apply: If cancellation was made

60 days or more before departure, $300 per person would be charged; 30 to 59 days before departure, $500 per person would be charged; 4 to 29 days before departure, $800 per person would be charged; 3 days or less before departure, 100% of paid amount would be charged; If airline tickets have been issued at time of cancellation (regardless of number of days prior to departure), an additional airlines cancellation fee and service charges would be accessed.

Tour Fare Includes:

1. Air tickets: International air tickets and all intra-China air tickets.

2. Ground Trasportation for the whole trip in China unless specified.

3. Hotels : 5 & 4 star. Tour fare is based on two adults sharing one room of two beds. Passengers can also request one queen or king size bed room (Availabily is not guaranteed); Single supplement applies for travelers using single rooms. Preferred accommodations subject to change to similar class hotels.

4. Most Meals: Three meals daily will be provided unless specified. Buffet breakfasts are provided in the hotels. Lunches and dinners are served with unique culinary events and local cuisines.

5. Sightseeings, special cultural activities and performances: Programs are executed according to the itineraries. Holiday ChinaChina reserves the right to change the itinerary for the reasons of weather, fire, strikes, war, flight schedule adjustment or cancellations, safety issue, political reasons, custom regulations, natural disasters and others. 6. Admission/entrance Fees: All necessary main entrance fees for the programs or places mentioned in the itineraries will be included.

7. Travel Accident Insurance Plan: Holiday ChinaChina provides full coverage of Accident Insurance within China to customers at no additional charge.

Tour Fare Excludes:

1. Air tax, fuel surcharge, security charge, and airport tax.

2. Tips for tour guides, drivers and bellmen. $6 per day is recommended (for all of them).

3. Visa for China.

4. Any other charges caused by the acts of God, natural disasters, fires, weather, governmental and local authority's orders, political change, strikes, war, riots, quarantine, custom regulations, damages or injury caused by the accident beyond the responsibilities of travel agents andincurred due to the tourist action violating the law.

5. Medical insurance: $59 per person (optional).
